Are injectables safe?

When injected by a properly qualified and trained practitioner in an appropriate medical setting, injectable treatments are safe. Our leading Aesthetic Practitioner, Christopher Wade, has nearly 30 years experience in the industry. He also trains others in non-invasive cosmetic procedures and is Chairman of the AAIC (The Association of Aesthetics, Injectables & Cosmetics). You really are in safe and caring hands with us.

Are injectables used only in the face?

Injectables are commonly used in the face, but can in some instances also be used on the body.

What are the risks of injectables?

There is a possibility of post treatment effects that can include minor swelling, redness or bruising at the injection site. This will usually resolve within a few days to a week.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

The choice of treatment is critical to the successful reduction of wrinkles, fine lines, and facial depressions. An individual consultation with one of our specialists will give you an accurate assessment of what will be best suited for your face. Often, a combination of treatments may be used to achieve optimal results.

At what age should I start treatments to best preserve the youthful look of my face?

The answer is different for everyone. Only you know what’s right for you in deciding when to intervene in the natural ageing process, however some clients feel that early intervention is advantageous as it enables periodic smoothing of fine lines before they become deep lines and wrinkles.

Who performs the treatments?

All of our injectables and treatments are administered by or under close supervision from Christopher Wade, who has nearly 30 years experience in the industry. He is also Chairman of the AAIC (The Association of Aesthetics, Injectables & Cosmetics).

Are you independently inspected?

How long does a treatment take?

Depending on the treatment you can expect each visit to last between 20 and 60 minutes.

How long do injectables last?

The results can vary from person to person, however a treatment tends to last 3 to 4 months before a repeat treatment is needed to maintain optimum results.

Do injectables hurt?

Any injection will cause mild pain. However, we use a variety of measures to minimise the discomfort such as topical anesthetic creams, as well as techniques used to reduce the bruising and swelling.

Will I bruise?

This varies from person to person. In general, injectables rarely causes bruising, however facial fillers, especially near the corners of the mouth, can result in mild short term bruising. Make up can be applied for camouflage if necessary.

How much do the treatments cost?

All our prices can be found on the treatment pages, however our aesthetic practitioners will be able to give a more accurate treatment plan cost during your consultation.

Is an appointment required?

Yes. Appointments are necessary to provide all clients with the best quality care in the time provided.

Can treatments be performed on the same day as my consultation?
